General Contracting Shop

Fully done from the ground up. This shop needed geotechnical engineering. Despard worked alongside an engineer and brought in all engineered fill to bring up the grade up for the foundation and complete build of the shop. All permits are handled by Despard Contracting. We completed the full scope of general contracting, ground and utility works, and machine and trucking.
