Erskine Lane
Despard Contracting recently completed a second phase of work on Erskine Lane, this time focusing on final infrastructure elements that brought the site to full completion. This portion of the project was centered around the installation of engineered retaining walls and the integration of polished, functional finishing touches throughout the property.
Our team constructed new Allan block retaining walls that provide both structural stability and visual appeal, complementing the terrain and architectural lines of the development. In tandem with these structural elements, we carried out comprehensive hardscape work, including the forming and pouring of curbs and sidewalks, precise asphalt installation, and functional grading for surface flow.
Beyond the heavy infrastructure, this project also involved thoughtful landscaping and detail work. Our crew coordinated the installation of greenery and surface treatments that tied the entire site together—blending engineered utility with finished aesthetic. These efforts followed the earlier stages of land prep, drainage, and grading, making this final phase the visible culmination of months of careful groundwork.
This completed infrastructure project at Erskine Lane showcases Despard Contracting’s full-spectrum capabilities—from deep excavation and utility planning to curb appeal and final finishes. The site now stands as a fully realized, professionally executed space ready for use and long-term durability.
